Shipping policy

Every HORIE tumbler is made and shipped from our workshop in Niigata, Japan. Here's how shipping works.

Where we ship
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. If your country isn't listed, email us at info@horie.co.jp and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders over $200. Below that, shipping is a flat $25 — no matter where you are.

Processing time
We prepare and inspect your tumbler before it leaves our workshop. This usually takes 2–3 business days (Japanese business days, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery time
Every order ships by UPS. Delivery to the US typically takes 3–4 days after shipping, so most US orders arrive within about one week. Delivery times to other countries vary — your tracking link will show the estimate.

Tracking
We'll email you a UPS tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Customs duties and taxes
US orders: We pay the import duties and customs fees. The price at checkout is the final price — nothing more to pay on delivery. If UPS ever sends you a bill for duties, please contact us and we'll take care of it.
Other countries: Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in our prices. They are set by your country, and the carrier collects them on delivery.

Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we can correct it before your order ships, but not after.
